Programs and business agreements

The Hotel Residence Ambra is a non-smoking environment, you are allowed to smoke only in particular areas.

We provide accommodation from 3 p.m. on an arrival day to 10 a.m. on a departure day (in case you check out late, the hotel is entitled to charge you another night).

Half-board includes dinner on an arrival day and breakfast on a departure day (if it is not agreed another way with a guest), it is also possible to buy a full-board.

Other services that are not included in the chosen program can be bought on the spot.

In case the stay runs during both seasons, the price of the stay is charged according to the season to which more days of the stay belong.

The prices of the stays do not include any insurance.

A possibility of a medical check up – it is a consultation, the doctor cannot prescribe you any medicine (that doctor is not your GP).

The prices of the stays do not include a spa fee, it must be paid in a hotel reception and it is stated by a town council in Luhačovice for the amount of 15 CZK/person/day – The fee is not required from owners of ZTP-P card (physically handicaped) and their guards, then people below the age of 18 and above the age of 70.

The service prices included in the catalogue are possible to be modified.
